Identity Verification / Kyc Validation Process

  Profile Information
  • Before updating the data. Please, make sure to follow these requirements:
    • Full Name (Exactly how it appears on your bank statement).
    • Email Address.
    • A valid telephone number.
    • Country of residence.
    • Address as it appear in your government issued ID.

  Fiat Witdrawal Details
  • Adding a bank account is mandatory regardless of your country:
    • Enter appropriate bank details.
    • All future fiat withdrawals shall be sent here.
    • We transfer funds through SWIFT CODE. What is a Swift Code?

  Upload Government ID
  • It should be a valid government issued ID:
    • Should have your full name.
    • Full address.
    • Date of birth.
    • Your photo.
    • Must be valid and not expired.
    • The photo of your ID should be absolutely visible and readable.

  Upload Selfie With Government ID
  • Take a selfie with the same government that you uploaded earlier:
    • Take a clear selfie holding the government ID.
    • Make sure both your face and the government ID are visible and readable.
    • Ensure that all edges of the ID are visible.
    • Your face shouldn't be covered by anything.
    • Ensure the image quality is great before uploading.

  Hand Written Note Verification
  • Take a selfie with a hand written note to authorize your purpose here:
    • The instruction on what to write on the note will be mentioned on the kyc document submission page.
    • Take a clear selfie holding the note.
    • Ensure that all edges of the note are visible.
    • Your face shouldn't be covered by anything.
    • Ensure the image quality is great before uploading.
