Each user is obligated to set up 6 digit PIN code during account registration. If they contact our support team - no information would be passed without the PIN code.
The user that doesn't remember their PIN code, must revalidate their account by sending us a picture of their ID documents that was submitted at the time of registration. Along with a selfie holding the document and a note on piece of paper stating "Account Revalidation For PIN." Your Account Name, Username and current date and submit that to email@example.com.
